This is a PREORDER for mid JUNE pickup of 1/8th cow beef shares. There is a guaranteed minimum of 55# pounds, estimated to be an actual 57#. The cost includes us picking up from the butcher and bringing back to North Java NY for pickup. It will be frozen, boxed, and labelled for you. You can request bonus items at no charge such as heart, liver, tongue, oxtail - based on availability. We'll do our best!
