Ground Boxes

Our ground beef boxes are single animal grind, as always carcass quality is a priority for us. For 2026, we are offering bulk ground beef boxes for $7.50/lb picked up from the farm in North Java. Standard ground beef boxes are 20# and you can choose 1# or 2# tubes, or a mix of both.

A 20# box is $150, no tax. The total weight of the box is a minimum of 20# but depending on how precise our stuffer operator is that day, you may not get 20 tubes; you'd potentially get 19 tubes at 1.1# each or 18 tubes at 1.2# each.
